Best Eyeliner Ever

I have worn eyeliner religiously longer than I have known how to drive a car. My mother might even joke that it is my lifeline. I have gone through just about every eyeliner on the market, but I always seem to come back to the same one. I even buy it in stock during ULTA’s 21 Days of Beauty. I have it in a variety of colors and I recommend it to every friend that is looking for a holy grail eyeliner.

I present to you:

Tarte Tarteist Double Take

It is a dual ended eyeliner: One end is a roll up pencil and the opposite end is a liquid brush. The pencil is smooth and the brush is crisp.

I used to use two separate eyeliners, a pencil and a brush. When I found this product, I was ecstatic. Not only is it exactly what I need, but the quality is amazing.

Once I have applied my eyeshadow, I use the pencil end to line the edges of my lid. Then, I use the pencil to line my waterline. Sometimes my hand is not super steady, so I just clean it up with miccellar water. Finally, I follow the lines on my lids with the brush. This makes for a sharp, crisp edge and I can add a wing if I want. It is easy to get the liquid line straight when I am following the pencil line too.

This liner is offered in both brown and black (and occasionally violet!). I use the black and recommend it for dark eyes, but the brown looks great on lighter eyes without overbearing too much.

Let me know what you think: do you prefer pencil, liquid, or both?
